Where do you ship?
We ship our whole care packages within the contguous United States.
Unfortunately, we can’t ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or Internationally at this time. If that’s you, drop us a line here and we’ll see ifwe can find Nativa Spa products near you.
When will my order ship?
As soon as possible! But these are the general guidelines:
All orders are processed by our warehouse within 24-48 hours and are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders that are received before 12:00 p.m. EST, Monday-Friday, will ship the same day. Any order received after 12:00 p.m. EST will ship the next business day.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with all the details, including your tracking number. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your order once it ships. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to us here. We’re here to take care of you.
How much is shipping?
Orders above $55 ship for free—yay! Anything under $55 has a flat shipping rate of $8.60.
Expedited 2 day shipping has a flat shipping rate of $19.00
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We’re so sorry but we can only ship to one address per order at the moment. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses—like if you’re ordering for yourself and also gifting to a friend, which is so thoughtful!— we recommend creating separate orders for each shipment.
How do I track my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Then, we’ll send you another email with tracking information within 24-48 hours. You can also create a Nativa Spa account and check your tracking info under the Order tab or say hi to our Care Team to get the tracking details.
Do you charge sales tax?
That depends on where you live. We collect sales tax in accordance with tax laws and regulations mandated by each state. If it’s required in your state, you’ll see it reflected in your cart at checkout.
How do I cancel my order?
Hit the order button too soon? No worries. (We’ve been there!) Reach out to our Care Team and we will take care of it.
