What’s your return policy?
At nativaSPA, we believe in whole care the whole way. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your bodycare, we’ll take care of it. We gladly accept returns as new in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
A few important notes: We can’t accept final sale items or items purchased through another retailer, and sets must be returned in their entirety to receive a full refund. If you have any questions or concerns, just drop us a line at here. We’re always happy to help!
How do I make a return?
We’re so sorry to hear it didn’t work out for you! But don’t worry—we've got you. Simply reach out to our Care Team with your order number. Then, we’ll send you a prepaid UPS return label within the next business day. Once you get it, please:
Place your product in its original packaging.
Secure the packaging and product inside.
Affix the prepaid UPS label to the box.
Drop off at any UPS location. Find your nearest drop-off at UPS.com
We’ll handle the rest!
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Please allow up to 10 business days from the time we receive your package for the refund to appear on your original form of payment. If you have any questions or concerns, we’re here to help.
How do I make an exchange?
Don’t love it? No worries. We want to make sure you get something you do. Reach out to our Care Team here to begin the exchange process within 30 days of receipt of your original purchase.
What if my order is damaged?
We believe in going the extra mile to make sure our whole care packages are handled with care, so if your products ever arrive damaged or defective in any way—we’re on it! Please reach out to our Care Team as soon as possible for a refund or replacement (and a sincere apology).
